Artist's Description
This is a typical water front scene from Bristol, Rhode Island. Bristol is a peninsula, which gives the town a lot of different bodies of water, including a few bays, a harbor and what you see here – the Kickemuit River, which is on the east side of town.
There is also a modified color version of this image on my site, titled Low Tide Grasses.

The black & white, of course, is magnificent; clarity in this scene is Superb! ;))

I love this Glenn! It's perfect for black and white with that wonderful range of tones. Those brooding clouds really set the mood. L/F

Thanks very much Linda. It is remarkable how much better this worked in BW than in color. I also did something in between that worked well enough to by the desktop image on my computer.
