In the small home town of my mother, I found this place. Not unlike what has happened in America, the small movie theaters have disappeared for the most part. I wondered about the past of this place, when it was new and exciting to the town. Then again, I have a photo of the movie theater in my home town that is now gone. That past I remember, it was mine.

Oh, this is awesome, Glenn!!! Such an amazing old building...with such great textures...I especially love the shadow on the door...not sure exactly what it's coming from....And I love the sky!! Such beautiful clouds and spots of blue sky!! I love this image, Glenn!! :)))fv

Thank you Laurie. Glad you commented on this. It's one of those images that I like more than others do, but that also has to do with the history behind it. I also like it because it is true in the US as well. Our little theaters are mostly gone. I believe the shadow is from a street light.
