Look Up metal print by Glenn DiPaola. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. Artist's Description
These wonderful trees are living in Washington Crossing, Pennsylvania. It is one of two state parks that comprise the historic site where General George Washington crossed the Delaware River on Christmas Day, 1776 and marched into Trenton, New Jersey a day later to successfully battle Hessian outposts. I caught peak color that day and this tree caught my eye.
About Glenn DiPaola
I attended the University of Rhode Island where I studied photography under Bart Parker. I graduated with a BFA in fine art photography and a minor in communications. College was always b&w work, hand-processed in the dark room, using many different cameras. It was great fun. After college I worked in the photo-finishing business for many years as well as doing commercial photography. In the 80's I started to shoot only color for my artwork and never returned to the world of black & white - until 2014. I started converting my color digital images to black and white whenever I saw them as intended for bw. I believe the eye you started with does not go away.
