Description
I am taking you downtown now, to "The Mother Church of Country Music", the Ryman Auditorium. It is often referred to as The Grand Ole Opry as that is where the Opry broadcasts originated from. If you watch the TV show, Nashville, they have scenes from inside The Ryman at times, but not scenes that show what the building looks like. I'll show you what it's like to walk around this historic place. This is the side street, heading toward the entrance.
This is one of the prominent features of the auditorium, the tall, arched, colorful windows. Here they are from the outside, with light coming at them (and the bricks) from some unseen source. I'll show you that source in my next post.

Thanks. Those are the Ryman colors. As nice from the inside as they are on the outside.
