Description
This was taken on a hike in Wharton State Forest, near Batsto Village in New Jersey. The Mullica River is a 50.6-mile-long (81.4 km) river in southern New Jersey. It provides one of the principal drainages into the Atlantic Ocean of the extensive Pinelands. Its estuary on Great Bay is considered one of the least-disturbed marine wetlands habitats in the northeastern United States.

Wonderful viewpoint and composition. Lovely textures in the water and lighting. L/F

Thank you Sunil. I was intrigued by the sudden transition from a dark, mirror surface to ever-changing textures.
